To provide an adequate supply of safe water and treatment of sanitary sewer as regulated by TDEC and EPA.

To adjust rates as necessary to insure revenues offset expenditures.

Remember:
- Natural gas is colorless, odorless and non-toxic. An odorant with a “rotten eggs” smell is added for your protection.
- If you smell natural gas, leave the premises or area immediately.
- DO NOT operate any electrical switches or other spark producers.
