  • To adjust rates as necessary to insure revenues offset expenditures.
  • To plan for future growth and utility infrastructure.
  • To provide contingency and emergency plans or 911 and a service technician will be dispatched.
Remember:
  • Natural gas is colorless, odorless and non-toxic.  An odorant with a “rotten eggs” smell is added for your protection.
  • If you smell natural gas, leave the premises or area immediately.
  • DO NOT operate any electrical switches or other spark producers.

Project Assistance:Giving those in our community in need a hand up with their utility bills. It's easy. All you have to do is add $1.00 to your monthly utility bill. Just ask the Smyrna Utility Representative how to help those unable to pay their utility bill.
