Probation

Mission Statement:

The probation department strives to achieve excellence in community supervision by providing the highest quality services to the court, victims, offenders, their families, and the community.

Probation Department Reporting Schedule:

• In-Office Reporting: Thursdays, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm.
• Phone Reporting: Wednesdays, 8:00 am - 11:00 am.
• Orientation: Mondays, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm.

Fees:

• 💲Probation Supervision fees: $45 monthly.
• 💲Diversion Supervision fees: $35 monthly.
• 💲Retirement Supervision fees: $35 monthly.
• 💲Drug screen fees: $20 per drug screen.

Community Service Work Links:

All community service work hours must be conducted with Smyrna trash pickup or with a non-profit organization. Trash pickup begins each Saturday at 8:00 am at the Smyrna Town Justice Center (weather permitting and excluding holiday weekends).
